Haasts Bluff

Haasts Bluff, 230 kilometres west of Alice Springs N.T., is nestled within the West MacDonnell Ranges. It was named by explorer Ernest Giles, after New Zealand geologist Julius Haast. (c) S. O. Gross circa 1950
